About Our Founder
Barbara Stone has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and an Advanced Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Toronto.
She holds a Certificate in Personnel and Industrial Relations, and Career & Workforce Planning. Barbara is also a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counselors, Psychologists and Psychiatrists OACCPP, and holds a Canadian Human Resources Professional designation CHRP.

Barbara has more than 25 years in the human resources field, and brings to her clients a unique perspective with her collective experience as a consultant, human resources practitioner and organizational effectiveness specialist.
Barbara held a number of senior management positions including Human Resources Manager for InterfaceFLOR Commercial Canada, Franklin Templeton Investment Corporation, Compaq and Digital Computers, Atomic Energy of Canada, Employment & Immigration, and Cara.
